Looking for a police-cleared, background-checked HVAC technician to perform a complete chemical overhaul and refrigerant gas pressure top-up for 2 inverter split AC units at a residential property in Colombo 07.

Job Description & Scope

The service provider will be responsible for disassembling the indoor evaporator units, performing pressurized chemical coil washing, clearing drain lines, testing electrical relays, and restoring R32 gas pressure to manufacturer specifications.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience with modern Inverter split AC systems (Panasonic, LG, Abans, Mitsubishi).
• Verified Fix To Done provider badge & police clearance certificate.
• Must bring specialized pressure washer equipment and manifold gauges.
• Provide 30-day Fix To Done service warranty on labor & gas leak prevention.
